Ethiopia Relative Adoption Finalized!

While Ethiopia remains closed to general adoption, the Ministry of Women and Children has been permitting Ethiopian-Americans to adopt their orphaned relatives. There is never a guarantee of success, but to date they have been sympathetic to these cases. Families still have to go through the immigration processes and wait while the Embassy conducts a pre-adoption investigation. But so far, every family has come home with nieces or nephews!
